Hunan AoKe New Materical Technology Co., Ltd is professionally focusing on the R&D, Production and Marketing of high quality Additive manufacturing alloy powder (3D printing alloy powder), brazing powder, thermal spraying powder, other spherical metal alloy powders and the 3D printing services.
We have one high-purity vacuum/nitrogen atomizing production lines with matched advanced air stream grading system and vibrating screening equipment, have the comprehensive testing and detecting abilities for particle size distribution, chemical contents, SEM micro-morphological analysis, powder’s flowability and so on. In addition, had been cooperating with the School of Materials of Science and Engineering of Central South University, set the “Joint Innovation Laboratory of Additive Manufacturing High Performance Powder Material”, configured 2 sets laser type 3D printing equipment with the state-of-the-art technology, which effected us the integrated capabilities of R&D, production, testing and verification for the additive manufacturing metal alloy materials.
With the production and management philosophy of “High Quality, Free Pollution, All Standard”, we have been carrying out innovation-driven development, developing new products and being absorbed in High Si content aluminum alloy powder(AlSi50 to AlSi70) and 3D printing alloy powders(including wrought Al alloy powder, AlSi10Mg, AlSi7Mg, Al-Mg-Sc, high-temperature alloy powder and alloy steel powder), the alloy powder has the competitive advantages of better sphericity and flowability, lower oxygen content and lower rate of hollow powder, which ensures it meeting the rigid and higher standard requirements for the raw material of alloy powders that being used in high-end manufacturing and newly-developing intelligent manufacturing industries as aerospace, weaponry, automotive, medical apparatus and instruments and moulding industries, etc.
