Hunan AoKe, with the complete integrated capabilities of R&D, production, testing and verification the of additive manufacturing metal alloy materials, has several international advanced air atomizing equipments with total production capacity of 600 tons per year, the powder’s entire process testing equipments, testing capabilities of powder’s comprehensive performance and independently developed the domestic advanced air classification system with the grading accurate of ±2μm, as well as the ability of providing customers integrated solutions for customized 3D printing and laser cladding.

Being supported by State Key Laboratory of Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University, Hunan AoKe has independently developed High-silicon aluminum alloy powder, high-scandium aluminum alloy powder for target materials, high performance aluminum alloy powder for 3D printing, high-temperature alloy powder, copper alloy powder and other multi components customized alloy powders. The products has advantages of better particle sphericity, good fluidity, lower oxygen and lower ratio of hollow powder, which ensures its rigid and higher standard requirements for the raw material of alloy powders that being used in high-end manufacturing and newly-developing intelligent manufacturing industries as aerospace, weaponry, automotive, medical apparatus and instruments and moulding industries, etc.
